Episode 49: Audio from the Trip

*Subscribe @ iTunes*

Hey Everyone… Because of technical difficulties (My Computer Server decided to corrupt), we were unable to record a discussion… So what do we have this week?  Great question my fellow patron of Random Knowledge Seeking Fandom!!  We have the Audio experiences of The Matterhorn Bobsleds and Holiday Mansion 2008 in Disneyland and the final two attractions of Knott’s Scary Farm’s Halloween Haunt.  Keep your eye out for Season Pass Vidcast #1 Debuting this weekend.

that sucks
im sorry to hear about your computer but i totally know what your going through
same thing happened to me
ive had this new comp for about a month now and i think i finally got everything back the way i want it but main it was a real pain
also what do you use to record the sound on the rides and the haunted houses im just curious because the quality comes out so clear

Wazomike, Thanx for the empathy my friend; it's amazing how ONE piece of technology can ruin your whole week.  What also put a couple more pounds of "stress weight" on to the situation is the fact that I'm trying to work on 2 projects this week (the Vidcast being the other one).

Thank you for the compliments about the At-Park recordings; I use an iRiver IFP-899 w/ a Sony ECM (Electret Condenser Microphone) Stereo Mic.  It's a basic lapel mic, but I agree, the pick-up is astounding for something thats 1/15 the size of my Studio Mics - I find it pretty impressive.

i don't really need one yet but my friends and i have been thinking of starting up our own amuesment park podcast

Aw that sucks man. I hope you get everything worked out... without breaking the bank. It's crazy how expensive technology is now.
