Another Great PodcastThanks for another great podcast... and reaching 50!
I'll be in Orlando for a week (for IAAPA) and the show has me all primed for the trip.
I hadn't heard about the Epcot Segway Tour until now and, as a world's fair fan, I have to do it!

Congratulations on your 50th show. I have been listening since the mid teens somewhere. I look forward to your new wpisodes each week.
Enjoyed the Orlando episode, as Orlando is very close to my heart. I do have to agree, the Around the World at Epcot tour on the Segway is great. They also have a Segway tour at Fort Wilderness, that one uses he Segway with the big tires. I have done both, since I love Epcot, that was my favorite, but the Ft. Wilderness one was a lot of fun as well. They start early and you will probably be tired, but if you have an extra $95 person, it is a great way to see World Showcase.
Look forward to your 1 year anniversary show.

This particular episode was the best podcast I've heard in a very long time.
I really enjoyed the long length too, when an episode is this good, you never want it to be over, and it goes by quickly.
I listened to this on the way home from Orlando yesterday, I really enjoyed it. I might even listen to it a second time, something I haven't done with a podcast ever since coasterradio.com. Maybe it's the magic that Mike Collins brings.
I heard someone was doing a real ding. Who had the bell?
Awesome job, and I like your format, with the cut out material at the end. It's always nice to hear that music at the end and then find out there's still more.
I look forward to the next show!
........and it's
Halloween Horror Nights, not
Hollywood Horror Nights!
You always say it that way!

I would love to do the segway tour, but because of time and $... we might have to wait until our next visit.
Wylder, is there anything we missed on the show that is a must do?

Jumboshrmp, Thanx for the kind words bro. It was great to get both Mike Collins and Ricky Brigante on the show.
Nick was the one abusing the bell. I don't think his finger left the bell for the entire 2 hours.
...and... yes, I am SO guilty of saying HOLLYWOOD Horror Nights! I hate it... it's compulsive... I always listen back and yell at myself. Anyway, I too, drive myself nuts!
Thanx for listening to the show my friend.

Well your guests covered most of the e-ticket ride for the parks, so I will give you the attractions I really enjoy (but not covered in the podcast).
Magic Kingdom
-Tomorrowland Transit Authority- not thrill packed, but very enjoyable.
-and the remainder of the classics
Hollywood Studios
-Muppets (always good for a laugh)
-Voyage of the Little Mermaid ( if you like musicals)
-Lights, Camera, Motors stunt show ( I find the stunts amazing)
Epcot
-Illuminations- Reflections of Earth (my favorite show, period)
-The American Adventure (a little slow at first, but an amazing presentation. I always get choked up during Golden Wings)
-Off Kilter (Canadian Rock, Bagpipe band, need I say more)
-Club Cool (go easy on the Beverly)
-You can try a Segway in Innoventions sometime after noon for free (short ride, but you get to try one out)
Sea World
-Blue Horizons ( Cirque meets Dolphin show meets high dive show)
-Penguin Encounter and the Shark Encounter
Busch Gardens
-Gwazi (great dueling woody, I never skip these)
-Montu & Kumba
Universal Studios
-Disaster ( I like the changes they made from Earthquake)
-Shrek and Jimmy Neutron if you have the time.
IOA
-Popey ( If it is not too cold)
-Dudley Do-Right (if it is not too cold)
-Hulk
If I was to make my first trip to Florida, these (along with the attractions from you podcast) would be the things I would not want to miss.

Great podcast (Still have an hour left!)
I have to agree with the American Idol attraction though. When I first heard about it, I knew this was going to be a disaster, although we will still have to see if I was right.
I just think this is going to be a Guest Service nightmare for Hollywood Studios. Imagine all the kids/parents who think their kid sings wonderfully, and their kid gets booted out in the first round and told they don't sing well.
I'm sure the parents are going to EXPLODE on Disney managers, etc. saying, "WHAT DO YOU MEAN MY KID CAN'T SING?! HE/SHE SINGS AMAZING! THIS IS DISNEY, HE SHOULD CONTINUE ON!!"
I can see this happening 24/7.
Nightmare, I would HATE to be a manager at that attraction or at guest relations in Hollywood Studios, mark my words!
And as far as Epcot, A lot of people including me have seen a huge increase in drunk people over there once Pleasure Island had closed. I had never seen so many drunk people before at Epcot, but I never put two and two together until someone reminded me about PI being closed. I don't know if this is the reason why, but it has become the main park with alcohol now with no "downtown" place to go at night for adults, this may have become the new hang out for them.
