There's been a great update over at TPR. Here's a few pics posted on the update...
More work near the bridge has started
More of the lift hill
The rest of the pics are posted at this link http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=730828#730828
I didn't know there was that much track under the lift hill. Looks like this is coming along great.

I can't wait to ride this coaster. I'm planning to make the 6 hour drive down there on Memorial Day weekend so I can ride this on opening day, that is as long as it opens on time... I'm anxiously waiting for some kind of press release stating that the ride will open on the 23.
I'll post some pictures and my review of the ride when I get back. _________________ Hello Everyone! |

| I don't know how many of you guys do facebook, but sfmm has a facebook site and somehow I became a fan.....BUT the reason I bring this up they are constantly posting pics of the progress and giving status updates, pretty cool. You may hear about a soft opening through that, should they have one. |

I'm still following the process and this looks like it's going to be really good. To bad it's on the other side of the country lol. Looking forward to you're review R.C.! Does anyone else think this layout is a little short though? _________________ |

It is pretty short. When compared to the other GCI coaster in California, Roar @ SFDK, it seems really short. According to RCDB Roar is 3467' long while Terminator Salvation: The Ride is 2877' long. That's a 590' difference. Evel Knievel is even shorter than Terminator at 2700'.
I'm looking forward to seeing how the pacing of the ride is, because Roar feels pretty fast through most of the layout and Terminator's layout seems stay a lot closer to the ground. _________________ Hello Everyone! |

I'll be curious about how good those speakers are. Wooden coasters tend to not like any other noise than the roar of a train flying over the track _________________ A Skittle and a Pony-Boy! I love Knott's!
