Welcome to the forum. Like most of the others, I know little about Darien Lake, so it will be good to hear a little about them.

This summer I'll do a HUGE trip report of the park, including a calla into the show reviewing moto coaster and Ride of Steel[ridden them, both great rides, but want to have the rides fresh in my mind]. I can tell you right now that overall the park it amazing! The coasters overall aren't the most unique, but the way they are placed make them great. As for Ride of Steel if you been to SFA and like ride of steel there or even SFNE's Ride of steel you'll love Ride Of Steel at Darien lake. The layout is the sames as SFA, and the layout of SFNE's Ride of Steel is better, but going over water is so cool! It's is a great ride and offers amazing air-tome. Viper there is also nottalked about much, and I haven't really been to too many parks, but Viper is my favorite! Itt is a great Arrow looper[First coaster ever to have 5 inversions!] The tunnel on it is also really cool! It also used to have three trains running on it, but it would be over kill know cus it is almost always a walk on or short wait. It is a must at Darien lake and I always ride it 10 times a visit! Also a HUGE tip to the park if you go during the Halloween stuff Ride of steel and really al the rides are walk on, but skip the Halloween stuff cus that's were everyone is at during Halloween, stick to getting LOTS of rides in during your visit. During the fall there is also super deals like your WHOLE car gets in for $25. Darein lake is no Ceder Point, but is a great regional park. I'll also do a trip report for Seabreeze[another local park] It is a good half-day park if you are doing a Western, NY/ Canada Park Trip. Wouldn't travel too far for it though. Only 3 coaster there. if you are interested in these parks go over to theme park review to check out these parks now!
